To understand the signaling mechanism of IL33, binding interactions were investigated between IL33, its primary receptor ST2, and its co-receptor IL-1RAcP using the Octet QK system. The primary receptor, ST2, was biotinylated and immobilized on Streptavidin biosensors; association and dissociation rates with IL-33 were determined.
