Soluble Production of a Biologically Active Single-chain Antibody Against Murine PD-L1 in Escherichia Coli

Drees JJ, et al., 94, 60-66, Protein Expr Purif, 2014

Programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) is an important regulator of T-cell activation and has emerged as an important target for cancer immunotherapy. In this study, the authors constructed an immunized chicken scFv library and used phage display to isolate a biologically active, high affinity antagonistic scFv against mouse PD-L1. Binding studies with the scFv were performed using the Octet QKe system and Anti-Human Fc Capture biosensors loaded with PD-L1-Fc.
