The authors demonstrate that DNA tetrahedron structures can be used for signal enhancement in BLI quantitation of sequence-specific DNA oligonucleotides or ATP. The Octet QK<sup>e</sup> system was used for these studies. Biotinylated oligonucleotides were loaded onto Streptavidin biosensors for all BLI measurements.
