Assess the immunoassay efficacy on patient-derived CRCs using AI-enabled morphological classification
In this application note, we demonstrate the potential of a live T-cell efficacy assessment approach with or without labeling by co-culture of bioreactor-expanded patient-derived colorectal cancer (CRCs) and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). In addition, artificial intelligence (AI) models were used to segment and classify the organoids into intact and modified organoids.
