State-of-the-art AI and robotics device arrives at UCLA, creating opportunities for biomedical researchers
UCLA has introduced the CellXpress.ai Automated Cell Culture System, at the Molecular Screening Shared Resource, led by Robert Damoiseaux. The MSSR is a technology center located at the California NanoSystems Institute at UCLA, or CNSI. Funded by a $1.9 M NIH High Impact Equipment grant, this cutting-edge platform supports advanced studies such as stem cell-derived organoid models, freeing scientists from labor-intensive workflows and opening new avenues for collaboration across academia and industry.
