	SoftMax Pro Updates and Upgrades To check for SoftMax Pro updates and upgrade offers, follow these steps: Log-in to the web site. If you have never registered on the MDC web site, you must do that first. Go to Registered Products & Software Upgrades. If your copy of SoftMax Pro is not listed, press the Register New Products button to register your copy. Enter any Promo Code that you may have received in a letter in your SoftMax Pro package. Back on the Registered Products page, click on the SoftMax Pro link to check for software updates, or SoftMax Pro 5 upgrade offers or downloads. Note: Software obtained from unauthorized resellers is considered in violation of the MDC software license agreement which states that SoftMax Pro and SoftMax Pro GxP are non-transferable.

SoftMax Pro standard edition provides researchers with powerful and easy-to-use data calculation and analysis capabilities, and supports MDC's 23+ microplate readers including SpectraMax®, VersaMax®, Vmax®, Emax®, Gemini, ThermoMax®, and FlexStation™ benchtop microplate readers. Data files from Analyst®, Acquest™, and ScreenStation™ created using Criterion Host software 2.0 or above, as well as FLIPR® data files created using FLIPR 2.0 software or above can be imported into SoftMax Pro standard edition for data analysis.

This market leading software package is widely integrated with industry leading robotics systems and LIMS software through Interprocess Messaging (Windows messaging). The latest release now includes many example and reference files (ActiveX, Excel Macro, and VC++ sample code examples) to facilitate your robotics integration efforts.

Optional validation tools are also available to reduce time, effort and the cost of certifying and re-validating MDC laboratory tools.
