Fundamentals of MetaMorph 2-day Workshop

We invite you to come learn more about imaging with our application scientists and support professionals with this free two-day course, open to all MetaMorph users. Topics covered:

  • Acquiring images with MetaMorph: simple and advanced acquisition options
  • Image processing: thresholding, segmentation and extracting features
  • Image analysis and making measurements: intensity, distance, morphometry and more

Requirements: Basic experience with Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP and basic understanding of microscopy will be required. Lunch will be provided. Travel and lodging costs are the responsibility of the attendees.

Advanced Topics of MetaMorph 2-day Workshop

Class hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Cost: $500 Minimum of 5 students.  Course can be cancelled if too few applicants.
