The authors performed structural and functional analysis to characterize the feline IgG heavy chain constant regions (IGHC) to better understand the pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of the IgG subclasses with a vision to develop monoclonal antibody therapeutics to address unmet medical needs for cats.
