This is an investigation of a large panel of monoclonal antibodies, generated from an individual immunized with recombinant anthrax protective antigen (rPA), to evaluate their neutralizing potential. The characterization involved identifying domain specificities, affinities, neutralization mechanism, and possible synergistic effects of the protective human monoclonal antibodies (hMAbs).
