A system was developed for hundreds of micro-bioreactors to be run in parallel under controlled conditions, enabling factorial experiments of much larger scope than would be possible with traditional systems. Human monoclonal antibody concentrations were determined in crude samples from bioreactors and micro-bioreactors using a high-throughput assay on the Octet QK instrument with Protein A biosensors (dynamic range of 1-500 mg/mL).
