Symposium on Next Generation Toxicology

  • Regional Event
  • Asia Pacific
  • Nanyang Polytechnic – Venue (LTQ6), Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Symposium Overview

There has not been significant development in the tools and methods used in toxicology research for around four decades. Recent advancements in molecular biology and instrumentation could change the way safety of chemicals and materials are evaluated.

This symposium will bring together experts in the field of toxicology, molecular biology and instrumentations to present topics related to the advancements in respective areas that enable faster, cost-effective and highly predictive toxicity assessment of chemicals and materials. The scientific programme will cover a number cutting edge techniques including high throughput screening, 3D spheriod assays, Zebrafish, bioinformatics, RNAi and CRISPR-Cas 9.
