Next-Generation High-Content Imaging: Faster Acquisition, Sharper Images, and AI-Driven Analysis
Image-based high-content screening (HCS) is a powerful drug discovery strategy that quantifies cellular changes to evaluate drug effects. With growing interest in 3D biological models, researchers need an imaging platform that delivers high-throughput, high-quality imaging and advanced analysis. In this scientific poster, we introduce the latest addition to our high-content imaging portfolio: the ImageXpress® HCS.ai High-Content Screening System, which combines AI-driven software, modular hardware, and cutting-edge optics for greater speed, precision, and flexibility. Here, we demonstrate its capabilities on 3D models, using deep-learning segmentation to extract multiparametric data and improve analysis accuracy. By integrating high-throughput acquisition, deep tissue imaging, and AI-powered insights, the HCS.ai system accelerates research and delivers deeper insights for drug discovery.
