Achieve Sensitive and Reproducible TR-FRET Results
Performance validation of SpectraMax Multi-Mode Microplate Readers with Bright-Dtech TR-FRET assays
Optimize your Bright-Dtech™ TR-FRET assays with documented performance data and practical instrument settings. This application note evaluates nanoparticle detection, a reader control assay, and mouse IgG quantification on SpectraMax® iD5e and i3x Multi-Mode Microplate Readers using SoftMax® Pro Software.
Download the application note to learn how to:
- Assess reader performance with the NoW-Dtech™ Control Kit and europium nanoparticle titration.
- Apply optimized wavelengths, measurement delays, integration times, and read height adjustments.
- Evaluate mouse IgG sensitivity, with limits of detection of 1.693 ng/mL on the iD5e and 1.306 ng/mL on the i3x, and CV ≤ 5% under the tested conditions.
- Save data acquisition and analysis protocols in SoftMax Pro Software for repeated use.
The note includes reader configurations, methods, calibration curves, and performance tables. The iD5e uses the Enhanced TRF Module; the i3x uses the HTRF Detection Cartridge. Only europium-based mouse IgG results are presented from the multiplex IgM/IgG kit.
