This webinar covers ACC's LAL/ Endotoxin assay methods. Topics include endotoxin and LAL biochemistry, with a focus on resolving sample interference. SoftMax Pro data analysis is demonstrated for selected assay kits such as Chromo-LAL, Fungitell, Glucatell and Pyrochrome. Tools to set up USP/FDA compliant LAL tests are also discussed.
