Finding the Answer to your Question or Problem

  • Check the main product page for your product. The right menu on each product page contains links to helpful technical information. The Literature link contains links to application notes, FAQs, posters, presentations, and manuals. The quickest way to find your product page is to find it on the home page product list.
  • Search the MDC Knowledge Base:

    At this time the MDC Knowledge Base covers mainly electrophysiology and microarray analysis products, with some articles on cellular imaging and FLIPR.

    Product:
    Because many articles relate to multiple products (e.g., pCLAMP and
    Axopatch), we recommend that you leave the Product field on All Products.
    If too many articles are returned, add the product name as a search term.
