Meta Imaging Series Electronic Help
Our Meta Series applications include two forms of electronic documentation to enable you to easily locate detailed information about the dialog boxes that you are using or the specific tasks that you need to complete.
The Online Help information is installed when you install the software. This information is context-sensitive to the dialog box level. Press the F1 key to view the specific Online Help information for the dialog box for which you currently have the focus. To access the Online Help Table of Contents, click Help on the main menu, then click Help Topics. You can examine each chapter of the help file by expanding the chapter and any sub-chapters in the Table of Contents. Click the "Key" icon to search the help file by topic, or click the "binoculars" icon to search the help file at the word level.
For each topic that you select, the help file first shows you the overview information about the topic. To view specific procedures or dialog box descriptions for the topic, click the See Also button, and select the name of the procedure or dialog box options that you want to view.
Information is also available in Portable Document Format (PDF) and Online Help (.hlp) format on the Meta Series CD. From Windows Explorer, you can view the PDF document by selecting the PDF icon located in the /HelpDocs folder on the Meta Imaging Series CD. You will need to have the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view PDF documents.
