All IMAP FP Substrate Finder Kits include:
- Two 384-well plates. Each substrate is represented in quadruplicate on each plate.
- Sufficient IMAP beads and buffers to run both plates, including added controls.
- IMAP Substrate Mapper (electronic file).
- IMAP Substrate Finder Product Insert (contains directions and a sample protocol).
IMAP Screening Express Assay Kit
IMAP Screening Express consists of the proprietary IMAP beads and buffers for 8,000 data points in a standard
384-well format. This kit is designed for customers that have their own enzyme and substrate. With the IMAP
Progressive Binding System, researchers can "fine-tune" the
IMAP assay, i.e., adjust the parameters that affect ATP tolerance and background signal, to achieve
optimal results according to their individual assay requirements.
