Born to Run with Robots

The Analyst and Acquest Systems

Analyst® GT, Analyst HT and Acquest run continuously and automatically for extended periods of time. Starting with the rugged X-Y plate gantry, Analyst and Acquest's components were designed to withstand hundreds of thousands of usage cycles, enabling you to run your HTS line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—now, or in the future.

These instruments' unique low-profile plate gripper gives robot fingers ample room to deliver incoming plates. Because the plate gripper fingers actively move the microplate into the correct position, accurate readings do not rely on precise placement by the robot. This speeds robot training and reduces robot tolerance requirements.

All optical and detection settings are automated in Analyst and Acquest, allowing for complete control by a robot PC controller. Analyst and Acquest utilize two serial interface ports to separate data and control information, ensuring data integrity and easy setup. Analyst GT takes advantage of ethernet connections, which further improve the reliability of computer-to-instrument communication. Run-time diagnostics continuously monitor the performance of the instrument, increasing the yield of good data and up-time.
