Cisbio HTRF Assays:
Cisbio International collaborated to optimize the HTRF assay platform on the MD SpectraMax M5e, FlexStation 3 and Analyst platforms for Kinase and GPCR screening, as well as for a number of biological mediator quantifications such as PGE2, Cortisol & cGMP. Each SpectraMax M5e reader is certified by running the Cisbio assay control kit and a certificate of compliance is provided for each reader shipped. SoftMax Pro data analysis methods are also provided making the HTRF assay platform a turnkey solution.
