A Warning About Buying Used GenePix ScannersBeware of GenePix® scanners purchased at auction! Axon Instruments built customized scanners for several companies in the past. These customized scanners resemble standard GenePix 4000B scanners. They may be labeled with the standard GenePix logo, however they were designed for other purposes, and many of them are not suitable for standard microarrays. These units cannot be converted to standard GenePix 4000B scanners. |
