FlexStation® II offers the highest level of flexibility in developing functional cellular assays and analyzing real time kinetic data for 96-well format.

Whether you are screening a few hundred to a thousand compounds or simply need an assay development tool for Molecular Devices FLIPR workstation, FlexStation will satisfy those needs and more. FlexStation is a benchtop scanning fluorometer that provides both top- or bottom-read functions with the click of a mouse. The dual monochromator design offers the ability to perform ratiometric and multiplex applications.

FlexStation's integrated 8- channel pipettor, which is able to transfer compounds from one microplate to the assay plate, allows prompt kinetic assays such as calcium flux, membrane potential or oxidative burst. Furthermore, the integrated fluidics platform allows precise compound transfer using consumable pipette tips to completely avoid cross-contamination.

SoftMax® Pro Software

FlexStation™ II is controlled by Molecular Devices' industry-leading SoftMax® Pro software for data acquisition and analysis. SoftMax Pro enables you to format assays and create protocols in seconds.

Software-controlled experimental parameters include:
