12- and 96-Well Harvesters
Combi-12 cell harvester
Cell proliferation can be measured in vitro by isotope incorporation and is one important factor in
characterizing tumors for treatment determination. Cell harvesting systems are used for this type of application,
as well as in determining cancer cell growth rate and receptor binding studies.
96-well harvesters
Two models are available:
- Micro96™ Cell Harvester
- MiniDisc96™ Cell Harvester
For high throughput testing, the 96-well cell harvesters will harvest all 96 samples simultanously, or harvest
24 wells at a time, selectable by rows. The 96-well cell harvesters have flexible software and programming to
meet the specific needs of a wide variety of applications.
Parameters can be individually set to adapt the
program to most standard applications: twelve washes from any of three inlets, separation of radioactive waste,
timing of the prewet, and washing and drying sequences. To address more demanding assays, the 96-well cell
harvesters allow for a number of harvester and wash combinations
(see details in chart).
The 96-well cell harvesters are available in two different models, depending on the assay and the type of counter to
