This 2 ½-day course provides researchers with the basic tools to design and write MetaXpress journals for custom acquisition and/or analysis of high-content screening data. Attendees are guided by our applications and support professionals through a series of hands-on examples that will progress from basic to intermediate levels, illustrating the basic concepts which attendees can leverage to independently develop more advanced journals.
Requirements: Basic experience with MetaXpress or MetaMorph® software.

In-Depth AcuityXpress™ Software Workshop

This scientific workshop introduces researchers to the powerful tools within AcuityXpress Software. During the two-day course, researchers will learn how to:
- Apply curve fitting algorithms and utilize multiple minimization and weighting methods to improve curve fitting
- Employ advanced multi-parametric analysis tools to mine data
- Navigate the interactive image viewer for data visualization
Requirements: Basic experience with MetaXpress software.

Class hours: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Cost: $1000
Travel & Lodging: Lunch provided both days. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. Travel arrangements and lodging costs are entirely the responsibility of the attendees. Hotel recommendations are available for both the Pennsylvania and California facilities.
Course Materials: Molecular Devices provides computer workstations for attendees to use when performing all course exercises. Example images, journals, presentations and supplementary materials used during the training will be provided to the student upon completion.
Attendance: Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses at any time. Courses require a minimum of 5 students.
