Axon GenePix® Microarray Scanner Health Check

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Axon GenePix microarray scanners, MDS Analytical Technologies is offering to all of our existing scanner owners a free scanner inspection.

The Health Check inspection will consist of:

  1. A visit from your MDS Analytical Technologies BioResearch Representative
  2. Thorough visual inspection of your scanner, including
    1. Checking for physical damage
    2. Checking electrical and computer connections
  3. Update your software to the latest build of your installed version. This does not include major version upgrades, unless you have purchased the upgrade.
  4. Scanner operation
    1. Laser power check
    2. Operating temperature check
    3. Laser calibration check
    4. Filter wheel check (4200A, 4200AL, 4300A, and 4400A models only)
