MetaMorph NX Software Introductory Training 1-Day Workshop

• Overview of new user interface
• Hardware driver installation and configuration
• Data display and manipulation
• Image acquisition and hardware peripheral automation
• Image measurement and basic data analysis

Requirements: Basic experience with Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 7 and basic understanding of microscopy will be required. Lunch will be provided. Travel and lodging costs are the responsibility of the attendees.

• Acquiring images with MetaMorph: simple and advanced acquisition options
• Image processing: thresholding, segmentation and extracting features
• Image analysis and making measurements: intensity, distance, morphometry and more

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Cost: $500 Minimum of 5 students. Course can be cancelled if too few applicants.
