Applications Support: We deliver high-value applications support across a wide range of applications and all of our bioanalytical systems through PhD-level staff scientists. If you are having difficulty with any step of integrating our systems with your applications, or simply need a recommendation for the most appropriate fluorophore, we're here to help. Applications support documentation is also available via both our Knowledge Base and Information Center.
Product Training: We offer a variety of training courses for customers at our Sunnyvale, CA and Downingtown, PA facilities in the US, as well as via an ongoing program of technical and application webinars. We also provide customer training onsite at the time one of our instruments is installed in your laboratory.
