Service Plan Notes

1 Preventive Maintenance Kit applies to PatchXpress®, OpusXpress®, IonWorks®, FLIPR®384, FLIPR® 2, FLIPR® 3, and FLIPRTETRA® Systems.

2 Includes normal wear-and-tear preventive maintenance parts and field/depot labor to install these parts. Certain parts and labor may be excluded based on instrument type. Exclusions are covered under Billable Service.

3 Priority response varies by region and specific service agreement. Please consult with your regional Service and Support Center for additional information.

4 Primary Service Plan customers receive service prior to non-service plan customers.

5 Loaner units for selected instruments only and subject to availability.

6 Service plan customers qualify for exclusive plan discounts on stand-alone services: Preventive maintenance (PM) and Performance Certification (PC) at 15%, 10%, and 5%.
