This webinar covers ACC's endotoxin assays. The fundamentals of endotoxin detection with LAL reagent are discussed with a focus on endotoxin testing in compliance with current regulations and guidelines. ACC, a leader in endotoxin assays, and Molecular Devices, a leader in microplate systems, have worked together to optimize LAL endotoxin assays on the VersaMax® platform. SoftMax® Pro data analysis software is demonstrated for selected LAL reagents, such as: Pyrochrome®, Chromo-LAL, Pyrotell®-T, Glucatell® and Fungitell®. Tools and approaches to set up USP/FDA compliant LAL tests are also discussed.
