This webinar covers ACC's endotoxin assays. The fundamentals of endotoxin detection with LAL reagent are discussed with a focus on endotoxin testing in compliance with current regulations and Guidelines. ACC, a leader in endotoxin assays, and MDS Analytical Technologies, a leader in microplate systems, have worked together to optimize LAL endotoxin assays on the VersaMax platform. SoftMax Pro data analysis is demonstrated for selected LAL reagents, such as: Pyrochrome®, Chromo-LAL, Pyrotell®-T, Glucatell® and Fungitell®. Tools and approaches to set up USP/FDA compliant LAL tests are also discussed.
