Long term quality and robustness of a Ligand-Binding Assay is not a given, it's rather the result of a global strategy of development that integrates since first stage the final outcome of an assay. The Quality by Design concept: to build quality in instead of checking quality out. During this Webinar we will show through an example, the way to apply Design of Experiments and the adapted modeling methodology to develop robust optimal Ligand-Binding Assays (LBA). This will introduce the concept of Design Space specific for LBA and relationships with validation, routine and transfer will be established. To achieve this during development phase 'Precision Profile' will be used a key response to improve given its fit-for-purpose role for the very objective of an assay: providing accurate and precise measurements.
