GenePix® Pro software offers user-friendly and comprehensive scripting tools, which can allow you to customize your microarray data analysis as well as customize interaction with your Axon GenePix microarray scanner. From the GenePix Pro "Reports" tab, you can create your own QC Reports, Data Summary Reports, and even automate some scanner operations. Create what you need to make your research simpler.
